Day 8.

The more we know
the less we need.

Day 7. Quick revolution

Wasted, pasted, chased down and misplaced.
Forgotten, left behind, last in this race.

Refresh, new test, rise above the rest,
got more, lose nothing, never have less.

Sublime, I'm fine, ready to go this is my time,
up high, you can try, but you'll never reach my height.

Day 6.

Crazy infested minds do strange things.
Take over people's world and change them,
make situations worse and create new problems.
Demons become a force, too strong to handle,
Lives on a spiral, heading downward rapidly.

Day 5. 'zzzzzZZZZZZ'

I've been battered and bruised, hurt and slain,
still I battle on, I brush off the pain,
Cells are dead, all through my brain,
there's no one but myself, I have to blame.

The abusement of things, from substance to sleep,
Consequence so tough, but me so weak,
Saw too much, saw things too bleak,
I encountered too many problems, of things too deep.

Off to good night, turn out my light,
get that shit away, out of my sight,
What ever happened, is one hell of a fright,
an awakening call, to an issue of our life.

Day 2. HEROES

Shining gold, framed and proud,
to know they tried, is comforting for me.
Serving their country, they never looked back,
now we must remember them, as true heroes.

The medals are just a small part,
their achievements were huge.
They fought for freedom,
they fought for us.

At the going down of the sun,
and in the morning,
I will remember him,
as a true hero, and as my Pa.

DAY 1

From the start, he jumped out fast,
some questioned, would he ever last,
many thought, they could crack the glass,
but he was superior, ahead of the class.

So much knowledge, so much to say,
not enough hours, in the day,
for him to shine, and make a change,
so he was locked down, in a cage.

He became controlled, and disregarded
society ate him, then he was discarded,
He began to melt, the bad had started,
he lost his morals, his mind retarded.

Frustration inside, would make him cry,
and ask to himself, for a better life,
but nothing's good, when you can't see light,
through his eyes, all he saw was fright.

Where was peace? where should he be?
a place of solace, a recognized plea,
way up high, would he be free?
he was willing to try, he did beleive.

So he packed up life, this was the end,
his strength was used, in the signs he sent,
his messages unheard, his hope it went,
when all he needed, was a helping friend.

So on the end, was where he sat,
and when he fell, that was that,
gone to a place, will never be back,
I guess there's some things life, will always lack.
